It's compatible since BIOS version 65 which is one of first ones so you are most probably OK. That MB has ability to update BIOS even with incompatible CPU so shouldn't be a big problem.

You need 7C52v30 or newer installed to use that CPU:

Given that 7C52v30 appears to be the only BIOS version listed on the CPU Support List, I'd say you're good to go out of the box.

Ty for helping. "That MB has ability to update BIOS even with incompatible CPU so shouldn't be a big problem." Do you have a video or what's this feature called?

The initial BIOS is compatible with the CPU. It should work without an update.
