I am buiding a PC using the B450M DS3H and the AMD Ryzen 3 3200G will I need to perform a bios update?

You may.
That CPU takes BIOS F40.
From what I see there are two previous versions.....F1 and F30.
If you have F1 or F30....or any version below F40....you will need to update it.
