BIOS update

I thought I posted this last night, but alas, it never made it! I just purchased a gigabyte ga 7zxr. It is an awesome board, but I noticed that my temp is about 10-15 degrees c more than my old board, likely I was just getting a bad reading on that generic little board I had (Lucky Star). My questions is this, does anyone have this gigabyte board and if so, have you flashed the bios with the newest one? The news on the gigabyte site says that this new bios corrects temperature problems. If you did, did it work? I am half scared to try it. I screwed this baby up real goo the other day, had to take it in and have em fix it. Just call me a chicken.

Dont be afraid just follow the instructions and do not touch the comp till it is done and asks you to.

Hey, it all went well! I finally got the courage to do it, and it went almost too easy! The only thing I don'y tlike about it is that the boot up slowed down alot with bios update, not sure what did that. puter runs fine after boot though. Thanks!

Reset your bios to defaults, save, restart, then go back into bios and do all your custom settings. It should boot at normal speed after that.
