Question Bios updated and stuck on post screen after reboot

Hello

I updated my bios this morning everything seemed complete fully. On the reboot it wont boot past the post screeb and freezes there I cant get in bios or qflash etc

Board is a gygabyte gaming 350b.

Tried cmos jump and battery out for 30mins ram out hdd out nothing seems to reset the bios

Its my own pc and all.was running fine before the update so I doubt its hardware unless this has bricked the mb

Any ideas im stumped

Motherboard: gygabyte 350b gaming 3
Ram: adata 2400 ddr4 16gb
SSD/HDD: intel ssd and 2tb hdd
GPU: msi 2070 super
PSU: msi 650w
OS: windows 10

Like I say all hardware was fine this morning until I did the bios update. The gpu is new like 2 weeks old. I was updating the bios as I'm planning on getting a newer cpu and this board needs newer bios to run the newer ryzen cpus.

It ran to 100% and rebooted and then wouldn't boot

I've also noticed that the vga error light is on the board
