[SOLVED] Bios updating things

Ok so I bought an ASUS p8z68-v lx and I want to update the bios but I went to the ASUS site and they didn’t have windows 10 version of the bios and I don’t know what “other” means

Oh and it does have EZ Flash 2

I wouldn't update my BIOS unless there's no other way. If your pc is working leave the bios alone.

There's no such thing as OS this and that BIOS, it's in the hardware programmable chip.

For Asus motherboard BIOS updates, the Windows version is irrelevant.

So you two are saying I could just pick win 7 when I’m running win 10???

Because it tells you to pick an os before giving you access to the bios versions
