BIOS upgrade or flash ?

hi guys/gals. can someone help me find a upgrade or flash for my first build? I maybe messed up I got a new CPU- Intel i5 -3340 LGA1155 and a motherboard- Intel DH67CL. The site I am looking at (mypcpartpicker.com) says I need a BIOS change to make them work. Dam! my first build screw up. can someone point me in the correct direction.

do I need to download and where to get it because Intel said they do not support those boards and have no download. thanks for all your help!!!
