Think you'd need to check with your local Currys/PC World store to find out. The website does note some services, but my local one no longer has the computer repair section since the rebranding and 'merger'. https://www.currys.co.uk/gbuk/install-upgrade-605-commercial.html
And BIOS has to be updated to the motherboard requiring it. Unless you mean downloading the files necessary onto a USB stick on another PC, and then using this USB to update the BIOS of the motherboard you want to update.
