Bios version compatibilty

So I found an motherboard and cpu for like 30$. Gonna give it to my little brother, the cpu is i5 3570
and the mobo is Gigabyte Z68P-DS3. Its bios version is Ua6, does it support the cpu or does it need an update?

Fully sypported with latest BIOS being F9.

But after this amount of time, I would suggest updating it to the latest available BIOS version.
