Hey,

I was looking for new BIOS updates for my motherboard on the Gigabyte website and for some reason I have a "newer" version than what they have availble for my BIOS, I have version F14 while their newest one only goes up to F14, I checked the other versions for the board and I realized that I may have doanload the BIOS for a different revsion of my board, I didn't even know that was possible.

Anyway, is there any way to make sure which revision I have since I can't seem to find it anywhere. It would be possible to reinstall an "older"/correct BIOS version over the current one right?

No it didn't happen like that. I think as I was checking the version for my mobo, I forgot to switch it on the download link and therefore I got a "newer" version not meant for my version and I just realized now as I was checking for updates, so far there haven't been any advserse side effects.
