Question BIOS voltage is high ASUS B150 PRO GAMING/AURA + RM750i

I kept PC running overnight to find out "Power Surge" BIOS massage in the morning.
When I check BIOS voltage was showing over 13v+. My direct suspect was the power supply as the rig is 3.5+years old.
Reading through old thread here, direct me to disconnect and connect all power connectors and resolved the problem for now.
However, voltage is still high 12.768V and I'm not sure what to do

The ATX standard calls for a +/- 5% tolerance on each rail. By rail, the +12v voltage should be between +11.40 V to +12.60 Volts.
