Hello,

I cannot access by BIOS normally (smashing the delete key) but the BIOS screen loads, displaying the manufacturer, and details about how to get into the BIOS, followed by Windows. It seems my computer ignored my request, but when I try accessing my BIOS via Windows (settings, recovery, troubleshoot, and access UEFI), after it restarts, it's just a black screen. Everything else works fine, I just want to access my BIOS. Would my BIOS firmware be corrupted? Or could it be something else?

Specs:
i7-5820K
Gigabyte X99 Gaming G1
2x 980s
800w Gold EVGA power supply
1 SSD, 2 hard drives
Liquid cooling
4x 4GB Crucial

Thanks

Do you have FAST BOOT option enabled or disabled ?

Btw, just to inform you, according to GIGABYTE, your motherboard has both a ‘Main BIOS’ and a ‘Backup BIOS’, making you protected from BIOS failure due to virus attack, hardware malfunction, improper OC settings or power failure during the update process.
