Question BIOS will not show with this setup

Jun 23, 2020
I can get BIOS to show if I take out the dedicated GPU I use for running games and the computer, but when I want to access the BIOS it will not show up. I have two GPU cards a XFX RX 580 and an NVIDIA 1050 Ti. If I use the less powerful 1050 in the primary slot (which makes it use the card for most GPU processes) then i CAN get BIOS to show, but the problem is that I don't want to play musical chairs with my GPU's just to get the BIOS to show up. My build doesn't include discrete graphics, so here's some info. The GPU Drivers and BIOS have been updated as well. There are no Beeps either when I try hitting F2 or the Del Key to get the BIOS.
My Build:
CPU: Intel i5-9600KF
GPU 1: AMD XFX RX 580 8Gb
GPU 2: Nvidia GTX 1050 Ti 4Gb GDDR5
Motherboard: ASUS TUF Z370-PLUS GAMING

Ram: Silicon Power 32Gb (4 x 8Gb) Sticks of GDDR4 2666MHz
Monitor: Sceptre E255B-1658A 25" 165Hz
AMD FreeSync Gaming LED Monitor
