Bios/Windows is Not Opening After Installing RAM...

I recently Bought 4GB ZION RAM But when i Install That Bios Or Anything Dont Work....

I already Replaced 1 piece from Comp. Now they Are Saying RAM is working...

I tried 3-4 motherboards But same Thing :-(
