Bios won’t show on monitor

So recently I had to factory reset my pc because of virus reasons so I only decided to wipe my boot drive which fixed the problem now every time I try to access bios it doesn’t show up on my monitor and acts as if I’m bios

The bios can be weird sometimes so this is a trick I have to do to get to the bios. Turn the monitor on then 1 second after turn the pc on. This might sound silly but it’s how I get to my bios
