BIOS won't detect 2nd SSD

Hello,
I have a Asus Sabertooth x58 and currently I have a OCZ 32G SSD as an OS drive, and then a WD 1.5TB for data. I wanted to expand my current OS drive with RAID 0, so I bought a 2nd OCZ 32G SSD. I installed it and it isn't recognized in the BIOS or in Windows disk management. I didn't do anything different from the first OCZ SSD I installed, so how likely that it could it be DOA?

If correctly connected to enabled controller and power, very likely DOA!

In the process of booting did you go into the raid bios to see if it is listed in there? Are these SSD's sata 2 or sata 3 and which ports are you pluging them into.
