Question BIOS won't let me change any settings ?

When I'm in my Bios I can open the menus to see current Bios settings but it won't let me change them. The items in it are just blacked out. I'm trying to change them so I can run a VM. My Bios version is 2.15.1236 . My computer is Hp elite desk 800 G1 twr Link to a photo of the blanked out bios

I don't know what my superuser password is. I only know the password to get into the bios
