[SOLVED] BIOS won't open

Hi, I bought a new motherboard that is a ga-ax370m-ds3h an a new CPU Ryzen 5 2400G and 2 hyperx 4 GB 2400 MHz when I put it together my computer post I downloaded the Windows and when my screen went to the home screen it stopped and now it can't even open to the BIOS what can I do

Your motherboard is MOST LIKELY not compatible with the 2400G , you need a second generation Ryzen board. X470 or B450.

Really because my motherboard is saying that it is compatible with all the Ryzen CPUs and when I went to the gigabyte website it is saying that is compatible

It is compatible, WITH a bios update, the new ones come with the bios updated, but maybe yours was on the shelf for a while or is old stock, you can't tell when you buy it what the bios is.

Ok thanks both of you guys and when my motherboard openned ones my BIOS was F1 that is the oldest BIOS can I fix it or I should return the item back?

Send that board back and get a X470 or B450 , they can boot that CPU out of the box.
