Does anybody know how to change the BOOT-UP logo displayed during the start-up of a PC. I'm talking about the EPA logo shown in the upper-right corner. I have links to two programs called CBROM and PMP2EXE but both are dead.
Any ideas??

Hm... someone had a post on this quite a while back. I may have copied their words into a file. If I ever find where I put it, I'll let you know...
