Hello
I have an Asrock B550 gaming 4 a/c Phantom.
When i try to do a bios update, the process procedes as normal,
accepts update and tells me programming was successful.
When reboot, its shows previous bios version, not the updated version.
Tried several times with no success.
Also, when i try to save anything in bios such as date/time or fan speed
or anything, it will not boot on restart unless i clear cmos then it will boot
back into bios. Any thoughts on what i could do to fix?
Thanks

Just an update
Seems the ryzen 2400g was not compatible with motherboard.
Even though it would boot into windows just fine. Checked the Asrock
website and didnt see the 2400 in cpu list. Switched to
Ryzen 3100 and bios will update and work as should. Seems odd to
me that it would even boot up at all with a cpu thats not compatible.
