Is anything wrong with BIOS that u have now? It is not recommended to update, if everything is working OK. Its not like Windows update. U may have a problem if u update.

The E7500 Processor is not supported by any revision of the BIOS. The last revision being 1002. It still doesn't list that processor on the CPU Compatibility List. The Last C2D Processor it supports is E6700 models, models beyond that for the C2D series are not supported. You need to get a mobo to get the processor to work or you need a new rig altogether.
