Bioscheck sum error

i facing a problem on my system on my system.
"bios check sum error-defaults loaded "
how to rectify tht.

If it happens every time you turn on the computer, install new motherboard battery, then use BIOS option "Reset BIOS to Defaults". If you overclocked too much, and then it started up with this message, you can ignore it, it means stuff got messed up, and now everything is default. No big deal.
