Bioshock Infinite freezes a second after launch?

So Bioshock Infinite stops responding after a second I have launched it (from steam); I have done almost everything to solve the problem, but no luck yet. And after the freeze, MDMP files are created in the /binaries/win32 folder. (I have ran many games on my newbuild desktop, and every runs smoothly.)

-GPU === AMD Radeon HD 7900
-CPU === AMD FX-8350
-(4 gigs of ram)

I did that like 10 times already, even re-downloaded it twice. Same thing happens no matter what.

There's nothing to update lol, everything is up to date.

Im having the same issue. Some people say try updating or just disabling windows defender. Others say try running it in windowed mode. Non of these have helped me but it cant hurt to try.

P.S. This might help kill some processes running in the background that would minimize your program.

I fixed my bioshock, i went into properties under the bioshock exe. file and unchecked run as admin. The game runs fine now.
