Hello everyone,

first of all,I sorry if I wrote this problem to the wrong section!!

I have a problem with my NIC (integrated network) because I enable it in the Bios but in the windows 7 doesn't recognize it at all.

The second thing is there is empty mac address for this NIC,it's like somehow erased.

So I don't know what to do to recognize it again in windows.

P.S. MOBO is updated to the latest version of bios whit this file : G31CM201.BSS from the windows installer BIOS Update Utility 1.9.5.0

Please if anyone know what is to do,I would be very thankful. Smile

try reinstalling from intel the newest intel chipset drivers ver 9x. then reinstalling the realtech ethernet drivers for your mb. if it errors out again check in the bios if the ethernet chipset is on and it set right. if it set to network boot not normal usage it may not show up right in windows.

As I said in the bios the NIC is enabled but in the option where is enable/disable NIC,there is also under info of the NIC-s mac address and it's empty now and before it was some 12 digits numbers.

I installed latest chipset drivers from the motherboard section 9x and it doesn;t help either.
