Hello,
i've bought biostar g41d3c motherboard and ati radeon hd 6670 2gb DDR3 graphics card. But my pc crashes and it continues. I cant play any games. My Graphics Card is 100% ok. Sometimes I can see 4 yellow coloured stripes on my monitor. It happens after using about 15 minutes but i cant play any games for 1 minute. I can just use internet. My pc configurations are below :
Processor : Intel Pentium Dual Core E5700 3.0 Ghz
RAM : 4 GB DDR3 1333 Mhz
Graphics Card : Ati Radeon HD 6670 2 GB DDR3
Motherboard : Biostar G41D3C
PSU : 500 W
OS : Windows 7 32 bit.

Plz guys help me........

The best you can do is Intel® Core™2 Quad Processor, with that board. You really don't want a dual core processor, places too many limits on the video.
What cooler are you using on the CPU? What Case? You need plenty of air.
Give your fan configuration...
It might be better to run more CPU cores if you expect high performance.

System Manufacturer: BIOSTAR Group
System Model: G41D3C
BIOS: Default System BIOS
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 CPU 6300 @ 1.86GHz (2 CPUs), ~1.9GHz
Memory: 3070MB RAM
Page File: 958MB used, 5430MB available
ATI radeon HD6670 2 GB DDR3

I got no major issues ......it gets heated when the processor is taking a lot/ or thermal grease under the processor fan is not resistant anymore, if none of them then you may need to get on Intel core 2 duo or quad core, do you think 1.86Ghz could run games but my pc does.......

so i think you need to change processor.... intel core 2 duo 2.9Ghz cost around 5k

Hey what brand PSU are you using? How old is it? Is it 80 plus certified?
same equipment

Also try resetting the graphic card overclock setting to default if you changed them. It will work fine until the graphics card is forced to use full power(eg when you are playing a game) then it might cause the problem you listed
