Question Biostar H310MHC2 Ver. 7.1 No POST

The motherboard is second handed, my intention buying this motherboard because it's cheap only 10$ and for learning purposes modding bios, The IC bios itself using 16MB IC while the firmware only take 8MB, there's plenty room for playing around with CSME Corporate, lol.

After visual inspection, I found this unusual thing .

Specs:

• CPU - i3 7100​
• CHIPSET - H310C
• RAM - Samsung 1Rx16 2400MHz 4GB
• GPU - RX 5700 XT Reference
• PSU - CoolerMaster Elite 500 White V4

Symptoms:

• Turning on and off 3 times then it's turn on but only CPU fan spinning.
• CPU and IC ram is warm.
• Both iGPU and eGPU blank screen no output.

Notes:

• No bent pin in socket CPU
• Using CSME 11.7.0.1261 support all LGA1151 CPU without pin mod (Only for H310C, B365, Z370)
• Microcode for Kaby Lake 906E9 is already in the bios
• GOP 9.0.1080 and VBT 212 already supported iGPU Sky Lake - Coffe Lake
• Intel Boot Guard, Measured and Verified boot is disabled in FPF
• All component except the motherboard works fine

Any advice and insights would be greatly appreciated.

Aside from playing around with modding BIOSes, why are you trying to get a 7th gen CPU to work with a mobo designed for 8th/9th gen CPUs?
