BIOSTAR H61MLV Bsod

I recently added a new 2gb Ram chip to my system and for some reason i've been receiving nagging BSOD. Sometimes the system works fine until I shut it down.On restarting the system it may take up to 10-15 start/restart cycles until it boots up properly. I don't know what seems to be the problem. I've checked out the BSOD's generated and it's all gibberish to me(i'm not an expert in that regard). I'd appreciate any help offered

Sounds like the sticks aren't wanting to play nice, try adding + 0.05 to the DRAM voltage and see if that helps, if further problems, let us know CPU and the model #s of the sticks (DRAM)
