I have this Motherboard, the Biostar H81MHV3. It gives me a problem, I practically can't use the two USB 3.0 with Windows 10, it recognizes them as 2.0. It seems that the only drivers available are for Windows 7.

Did you make sure to update the BIOS for your motherboard? As for drivers that are only showing up for Windows 7, you can try and install said driver in Compatibility Mode, i.e, Right click installer>Properties>Compatibility tab>Windows 7(from the drop down menu).

Since there is no Windows 10 USB 3.0 driver on the Biostar web site for the most recent version of the H81MHV3 but there is a Windows 7 driver, I can only conclude that Windows 10 already has a built in driver for the USB chipset which should load automatically when you installed the OS.

In Device Manager, highlight the USB 3 chipset and delete the current driver. Reboot the computer and see if Windows 10 loads the correct USB 3 driver automatically.

If not, try a fresh install of Windows on a new SSD and see the problem goes away.

Alternatively, you could buy a PCIe x1 USB 3 card and plug it into a spare slot.
