Since there is no Windows 10 USB 3.0 driver on the Biostar web site for the most recent version of the H81MHV3 but there is a Windows 7 driver, I can only conclude that Windows 10 already has a built in driver for the USB chipset which should load automatically when you installed the OS.
In Device Manager, highlight the USB 3 chipset and delete the current driver. Reboot the computer and see if Windows 10 loads the correct USB 3 driver automatically.
If not, try a fresh install of Windows on a new SSD and see the problem goes away.
Alternatively, you could buy a PCIe x1 USB 3 card and plug it into a spare slot.
