Question Biostar TB350-BTC Overclocking

Hi,
I am trying to figure out how to "approach" the 4.1GHz turbo that my Amd 2700 cpu is supposed to support.
I have the above MB and haven't been able to find an LLC setting anyplace in the bios. I think the crash I am experiencing at 3.9GHz is a result of "voltage sag" which is normally offset by the LLC bios setting.

The cpu voltage offset (there apparently is no direct manual setting) hasn't worked even when offset enough that the bio claims a cpu voltage off around 1.35 which according to something I read elsewhere is supposed to be a good turbo voltage.

Any clues?

Doesn't it boost up to 4.1 GHz with PBO2 turned on anyways ?
Are you using the latest BIOS ?

I think this MB is essentially a Zen 1 MB. It doesn't have a PBO2 setting at all. I did make the mistake of upgrading to the support the Ryzen 3000 and now I can't backgrade it.

Make and model of the PSU used for your mining board?

I have an EGA 1600 watt psu on the MB. And a week ago I added a 500 watt psu to take over part of the 9 gpus I have setup on there.

Ran into PSU 24 pin power spliter so bought one that will tell the 2nd PSU that the Power is good so it comes up too.
