I just put together my first system... I have a red light on the motherboard that won't go away, is something wrong with my system?

Also, I didn't hook up all the jumpers and so forth but my computer runs fine, what should I do to check up with everything?

normally that light shows power to the MB. Rig works, you're good 8)
