Biostar TPower I45

Has anyone had any experience with this Biostar TPower I45 MB. I came upon some information in other forums that this is THE **** when it comes to OC. I'm building my new rig and until now was thinking of buying one of Gigabyte's P45 MB, but now I'm lost...

P.S. My rig would also include Q9450 and 2x 2GB 1066Mhz DDR2 dimms.

it seems gigabyte imho is having their fair share of reliability problems with the 4x sries chipsets and 780 amd chipsets, I was looking at both boards too and decided on biostar as it seemed to have less problems according to Newegg, and There are a lot of gigabyte help threads popping up lately it seems. Seems they just die after a few months, get the extended warranty whatever you get
