Biostar TZ77A Supports my rig?

Hey just a quick question, Will the Biostar TZ77A support my i5 3570k, Gtx 1060 6gb, hyper 212 evo?
And this board is a Z77 series so over clocking is possible right?

Edit: I found out this board isnt the best for oc'ing could anyone suggest a board that meets the requirements and doesnt cost too much? Willing to buy off ebay/amazon etc.

ASUS P8Z77-V LK Would this be a good oc motherboard?
or this Gigabyte Z77 D3H ATX?

Sorry for continuously adding on just need to find a good motherboard for Oc'ing.

Thank you for the reply, What sort of Ghz could I expect with the Asus P8Z77-V Lk on the i5 3570k

Psu: 500w
