Bit Locker Encryption

1. Once the Bit Locker enabled on a drive, how do we confirm on data which is stored in that drive are encrypted?

2. The data size stored on encrypted drive vs non-encrypted drive will be same or different?

1: install the drive into another pc and try to get the data. or dont put in the password and try to get it.
Depending on the level of bitlocker support I would not try to too much and lock up your drive. Does your pc have TPM ?

2: different; its encrypted. Once decrypted it will be the same.
