I have a Dell Optiplex 790 with a GTX 1050 and an Intel Core i3 2120. Im mining bitcoins with NiceHash and I wanna keep it on overnight so I can get coins. Will it be able to stay on overnight? I think the power supply is 265 watts.

Dells are made to run 24/7. It's very common for them to do this in a business environment. When I worked as a truck mechanic we had several in the shop that ran 24/7 in the heat (no AC). They were always left on so they could be updated in the early morning hours. But 3 shifts 7 days was usually the schedule. Also the PSU is UL rated to not start a fire in case of failure. I don't know how good it is for mining but for 24/7 it's a good choice.

That's true. But servers do, and Dell uses "server grade" fans in their sytems. A typical Optiplex fan is a Delta, or Nidec BetaV 1.2A. to 1.6A. 120x38mm fan. They usually operate at 30% capacity. I would certainly trust a Dell over a "homebrew" computer for that kind of service.
