Info Bitdefender Free can block USB from being used twice without restart

A bug in the free version of Bitdender can stop you using a USB drive without a restart.

New version of the Free version released (they discontinued old one and released a new version)
I am not sure if it has same problem but I could guess since its based on same builds as Total Security now, it might have been patched.
