Bitdefender total security windows 10 download error

i just upgraded to windows 10 and now trying to install bit defender 2015 again but when it comes to the installation it says there was a problem while downloading. what do you want to do? I've gone on the bitdefender website and done all the steps to solve this problem disk clean-up, firewall turned off. what do i do now to get it working?
