Cooling Rear 120mm x 1 (1 included)
Cooling Front 120mm x 2 (optional)

How do I get the front fans, seeing as they're optional and not included? Do I have to buy completely separate brand fans, and just mount them in the space provided? If so, what fans would you recommend. If not, how can I obtain them?

Solution
Two on the front would make for really nice airflow. My system is a mid tower like yours, and I have one fan on the front one on the back and it stays cool. But I live in Canada. It will depend on your room's typical ambient temps, but two for good measure wouldn't be a bad idea.
Depending on what your system is, you may not need any more fans. You could set up your system and see how it is, then add them later if you feel you need them. But if it's a system with a high end graphics card, I'd probably add at least one to the front.

Bitfenix does make and sell fans. You don't have to use theirs, there are many fan makers. Any 120mm fan would work. Here is a link to Bitfenix' fans:

Here are some other makers:
