case specs, 1x 120mm exhaust 2x120 intake, only a front mesh for ventalation
wondering what the best fan setup would be currently thinking of a cooler master jet flow (95cfm) as exhaust and a single cooler master sickle flow (70cfm) or bitfenix spectre (43cfm) as intakes; using the free case fan as the secondary.

due to the restricted budget of £15 what would be recommend set up? such as replacing the case fan with another fan instead eg having 3 cooler master sickle flows instead.

disclaimer: i would like to have a single cooler master sickle flow or a bitfenix spectre as it is apart of my theme however any additional fans i dont mind the aesthetics off

Solution
Fans are fans;(there ARE differences) not a problem mixing.
But consider carefully how much noise can you tolerate.
High cfm fans have high rpm and can be very loud. Add that to a R9 fan and you might have more noise than you want.
CPU and GPU do get hot, but they are built to tolerate heat and will slow down to protect themselves if it becomes necessary.

How high you can oc a 4690K is determined by your luck of the bin. Take what you can get at a safe voltage of 1.2-1.3 and be happy. That will be in the 4.1 to 4.5 range. The 4690K is a great gamer even at stock.

What cpu cooler are you planning on?
A inexpensive cm hyper212 would be minimum. A noctua or Phanteks with 1 or 2 140mm fans would be best.
Liquid cooling is not really...
Nice looking case.
If I read it correctly, you have a place to mount two 120mm intake fans in front, behind filters. (relocate the back one to the front)
That is what I would do. It gives you a positive pressure arrangement which filters all air and keeps your parts cleaner.

It likely will do any cooling job unless you have a lot of high end heat producing parts.
Adding more fans or stronger fans will add expense and noise. I would see how you do before buying any more.

i have a budget of £15 for fans specifically, ill be having an oc'd i5 4690k and a xfx r9 280 so lots of heat :) ive got a cpu cooler for the cpu aswell

also does it matter mixing up the intake fans soo: cooler master sickle flow intake and the included case fan working at the front? does it mess up air flow or anything

Liquid cooling is not really necessary. All it does is get you into trouble by letting you push your voltages to dangerous levels. For gaming, spend any extra on a strong graphics card instead.
