Hi,
I'm completing build with with Ryzen 2400G (yet to be bought). I'm planning to overclock the CPU and iGPU.
I already have the Bitfenix Pandora case [the itx/uatx one] with 3x ML120 Fans. Will use two in front as intake, one on the top as out fan [vertical perspective - case will be used horizontal]
It looks like the clearance for CPU cooler is 134mm. I prefer air cooler over AIO but I don't rule it out [if I'm forced to use one :| ]

Specs:

  • - 134mm CPU clearance
    - like 180W from CPU/iGPU [based on overclocking reviews]
    - something which would support air flow in case [I guess tower CPU cooler would be better -
Following coolers would fit but I think they would disturb the air flow and would not work as intended due to very small clearance left (and without making holes over the cpu with case set horizontal]:

      Noctua NH-C14 (2 fans setup) - 130 mm
      Noctua NH-C14s (1 fan setup) - 115 mm [2 fans are 140mm]
Dark Rock TF (2 fans setup) - 130.8 mm
      Shadow Rock TF 2 - 115mm

I was searching for some 120mm fan tower under 134 mm but failed and things like nocuta NH-U9B SE2 [2 fans] or NH-U9S [one fan] might be too weak for overclocked 2400g.

Thanks !

[note: case wasn't my first choice but it's living room PC so the case went thru women's perception acceptance process ]

For only 134mm of CPU cooler clearance, you're looking towards low-profile CPU coolers. Here is 5 of the best listed with reviews,
link: https://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/mini-itx-cpu-air-cooler-round-up,4406.html
(note: ID-Cooling IS-VC45 doesn't have AMD mounting)

For tower coolers, one of the very few that i know of and which would fit into that small space would be Arctic Freezer 13 (130mm),
