Question Bitlocker decryption time

Short story:
My c drive is about 741 GB, how long would bitlocker need to decrypt it? If it matters my specs are pretty high and the drive is nvme. Really hoping this works as I'm at my wits end.

Long story:
I want to do a clean reinstall of my main drive and forgot that I had bitlocker installed (I spend 6 hours this morning bashing my head against the wall wondering why it wasn't working) on my main drive. So I started the process of removing the bitlocker from my main drive so I can do the install., hoping this goes through.
My specs are:
AMD Ryzen 9 7900X Raphael
32 gb ram
Radeon RX 7900 XTX
1tb samsung nvme (741gb in use)

A "clean install" does not need it to be decrypted.

You would simply boot from the Win 11 USB you created, start the install process, and delete all existing partitions, and continue on.
