bitlocker recovery key

Hi i have a dell laptop and i have installed bitlocker software before 2 year but
now it asked to me bitlocker recovery key and its a numeric key. Then can u send me that recovery key

Your key is unique, we can't send you one.

Sorry, but we can't help you bypass the password since there's no way of telling if the PC actually belongs to you. That said, there's really nothing that can be done.

Hope you have a good backup. If you didn't write down the recovery key, or store it on external media as prompted when you set up BitLocker, then your data is permanently out of reach. BitLocker is VERY good at what it does and there are no back doors or work arounds. It wouldn't be very secure if there were.
