From what I gather and I can kind of see his point, although he didn't communicate it well. Is that your build is the middle of the road as far as gaming and OCing goes. It isn't focused

The liquid cooling and the 4770k scream OC, so is that your primary purpose...overclocking?

If that is the case that is fine but realize that a GTX 760 is current-gen low-end card, and soon to be replaced by Nvidia's next launch.

Basically you need decide what you primary goal is going to be. Is it OCing, Okay well invest in a great CPU, board, cooler, and case and you can upgrade the other components later. If it is gaming than invest in the video card and let that be the center piece. Do you want all, that's okay too but do you have the budget for it?
Similar to my build (I have the same CPU and board), save the 760. I run B4 with 2 GTX 660's and I have no problems on high/ultra settings at 1080-I get in and around 60FPS.

With that build and 760 you should get similar results, if not better

Edit: BF4 actually makes use of all 8 threads so 4770k isn't necessarily a bad choice...http://www.hardware-360.com/battlefield-4-optimized-for-8-threaded-processors-and-high-bandwidth-memory/ and http://www.tweaktown.com/news/33218/battlefield-4-makes-better-use-of-8-threaded-cpus-uses-more-gpu-too/index.html

Newer games will continue to take advantage of multi-threading, that's why I went with the 4770k

Edit: nm our boards are different, I looked at the model number too quickly.

some guy at other forum, said that:
Specifications crooked and unbalanced (to say the least)
There are many things that need to change
First of all, if it's a video card for gaming then it's the most important element here
The difference between the i5 and i7 noticeable margin
If you are looking for OC then you should take a tablet a little better cooling and can be taken with the same performance at a cheaper price
I see wasted precious hard Sure Its primary use will be storing
No need to doubt so powerful single card

* Note: If you give up the OC could take a more powerful video card and \ or more memory and \ or faster SSD or even larger

Below i5-based specification with GTX780 video card

what do u think?
cuse for real, i cant understand whats the prob with this comp..

this comp is build for future games, so he can handle them with out a doubt.
and that guy, said that its not balanced..
and i honestly cant understand why.
