I have an MSI laptop (GS66 Stealth) that I connect to the internet at work via a StarTech hub.
I used to connect my phone to the internet using the wi-fi tether feature of the MSI.
But recently when I turn on the wi-fi tether I get connectivity on my phone, but I no longer get any internet connectivity on the laptop.
All drivers are up to date.
Google has turned up nothing. Any assistance would be welcome.

What are you calling a startech hub. This does not come back to any kind of router etc. Is this some kind of wifi adapter or something.

In general you use your pc as a AP using internet connection sharing that is a microsoft feature. I am not sure what special software the MSI might have.

Be sure you company is ok with you connecting your cell phone to there network. Don't they have wifi you can connect to directly.

I am not sure what you have tried before but I would to go microsoft site and look up ICS. I have not look at in a while but it used to have very detailed instructions on how to set it up. It can be a flaky things sometimes. It is a very old feature used to share dialup phone modems. It has been made more modern but it is still very simplistic
