Basically the first time I turn my PC on for the day... when it boots up, It plays a sound as if something was pulled out of a USB slot...

everything seems fine, then after 5 mins... The internet does not work... network adapters do not load... its just a bank screen when I click on the wireless icon in the corner, windows won't shut down or reset.

If I hard reset my PC it fixes the problem, but I don't want to keep doing this

Any ideas?

Solution
My laptop would sometimes freeze up during startup, requiring a hard reset. Finally found out about the "Fast Start" feature of Windows 10, and how it used a file (hiberfil.sys) to save settings and drivers, so as to, you know, start up faster.
Apparently, this doesn't always work for some reason.
Anyway, turning this feature off cured the problem for me, and since hard reset fixes your problem, it might have something to do with Fast Start.
Here's how; http://www.windows10update.com/2015/05/windows-10-tutorials-66-how-to-enable-or-disable-fast-startup/
