bk2 format conversion or editting

I'm looking for a program or a method that allows me to convert a bk2 file to an mp4 format and vice verca. Or perhaps a site where I can ask such things maybe. If none of those then maybe a way where I can edit a bk2 file and make some changes to it.

any program that uses ffmeg since feb 2010 can decode bink bk2 video..
