Bla k screens while playing

Hello guys, i bring you a wierd problem i`ve been having.
My screen keeps going black for no good reason. Most of the times i happens when i`m gaming or watching videos on youtube but it can happen in some other situacion like when its booting up windows.
If i move my mouse a little bit the screen turns on again and if that doesn`t work i have to shake the tower a bit and it turns on again. I`ve replaced every single bit a termal paste and cleaned every part that would heat up. The temperature is regular and i have no overclock. I guess it might be the psu or the graphics card that is messing it up.

Build:
Ati radeon 5770
4gb ram kingston ddr3
Motherboard asus (i can take a look at the model if needed)
750 hdd seagate
Psu 1life 500w

The next time the screen goes black, hit the menu button on the display and see if it shows the menu.
I'm wondering if its a backlight or connection issue

When i get blacksreen i get no image what so ever. Even the screen menu doesnt show up.
