Question black and red stripes appear on boot

I have always used windows 10 since it's release, but today I encountered weird glitching black and red stripes and the windows logo was white instead of blue when I booted my pc up, this never happened before and windows became completely normal after booting up, and my monitor is completely fine.

since you can't access that acct, we can just close it since you have this one, and should really only have 1 user.

what are specs of the PC?

were they vertical or horizontal stripes? does it happen every time? can you get a screenshot and upload it to a image sharing site and show link here?
