Black bar spaces on the top and left of my display

Hello there,
so I bumped into a issue where there is a black bar/ space in the top and the left of my monitor and I can't seem to fix it... I've tried everything I could think of including reseting it.
I went to Acer support and they were absolutely terrible :/
