Question black bar

i am using my recommended resolution but black bar appearing in the screen.I tried uninstalling and reinstalling my graphics drivers.I am using VGA cable and integrated intel hd graphics.Can anyone help?Thanks in Advance!

Would help if you listed system specs, where this black bar is and when does it show up (all the time, during movies, post a picture of it), if it was always there, when it started, etc...
