Black bars only ingame

Hey ! I wanted to ask if there a way to get blackbars only ingame and not on desktop. Game is CS:GO with 1024x768 resolution.

You can change your resolution in-game to a 4:3 resolution. Then your desktop should still be the original 16:9 resolution, but the game will be 4:3. Also look for an aspect ration option.
