black bars when changing resolution to 1366x768

so i just build a new pc everything works fine except the resolution
my monitor's recommended resolution is 1366x768 and im sure my vga (gtx 960) can manage it
but when i try to change the resolution to 1366 the screen is like a "box"-ing and black bars appears on the left and right side on the screen.
now im using 1268 reso which is hurt my eyes :/

oh yes sorry, its LG 16m35
yes i just downloaded the newest nvidia driver for my vga

The widescreen ratio usually changes while changing resolution.
For example your ratio might be 4:3 right now, if you had a 1080P monitor your ratio would be 16:9 or 16:10

it's weird but i just tried changing my d sub cable to connect on my mobo and then i tried to change the resolution to 1366x768 and it worked no black bars, but my vga would be useless if i dont connect the cable to it :/
